My Story

Hello! My name is Crystal. I am a National Board Certified-Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner (DipACLM), Yoga Teacher and Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider (RYT-500, ERYT-200, YACEP), Tai Chi for Health Institute Instructor and Certified Barre & Soul Instructor. I am excited to move mindfully with you, as well as discover what areas of health and well-being you would like to address on your journey to becoming your best self.
With a passion for mindfulness and movement, I aim to help women find balance and vitality in their daily lives. Through tailored health and wellness coaching sessions and a rich class library, my goal is to support women working from home, hybrid, or remotely in enhancing their well-being.
